I’m sure we’re all familiar with walking into a store/hotel/spa and automatically associating the scent with that particular place. Most of the time, brands will pick a scent on purpose and fill the entire place with it. This is another form of branding and marketing. Scents are a great way to stay relevant in the customer’s mind!
